Yazemeenah Rossi is proving once and for all that being beach body ready has no expiration date.


A new collaboration between The Dreslyn and Land of Women is redefining swimwear. The brands created a series of swimsuits that are as simple as they are elegant, and they chose 60-year-old Yazemeenah Rossi (whose name is sometimes spelled Yasmina) to be the face of their collection—revolutionizing both the way swimwear is designed and the way it’s marketed.

“This is a woman who radiates health and vitality,” said Brooke Taylor, The Dreslyn founder, in an interview with the Huffington Post.

The swimsuit was created to draw focus on a woman’s identity and help “hyper-sexualize” imagery in swimwear shoots.
