Vin Diesel Reveals Furious 8 Poster And It Drips Swag!

Who’s ready for some high-speed action with elite street racer Dominic Toretto?


Vin Diesel shares the new Fast and Furious poster with fans everywhere. The poster was originally posted by Deviant Art last year and may still be used for the 8th movie expected to be released in theaters on April 14th, 2017. It’s evident almost immediately from the poster the absence of Paul Walker, which is no doubt to be felt in the last three installments planned by Universal.

 The previously star actor passed away in 2013 due to a fatal car crash on the way home from a charity event. Walker was riding in the passenger seat and was believed to have been killed on impact. The event occurred during the production of Fast and Furious 7. The cast and crew were deeply hurt by the loss of their co-star and often state how their acting efforts will always be in memory and honor of him.

 When Vin Diesel won the People’s Choice Award back in January and brought up the loss of Paul. He mentioned how the loss has affected him and began to sing the lyrics of the song “See You Again”, which was written in honor of Paul Walker. The moment was a heart touching one that shows Vin’s connection with Paul didn’t stop when he leaves the stage. There isn’t many plot details released yet, though you can be well assured it will involve daring and deadly driving stunts.

 After the phenomenal success of Fast and Furious 7, earning a stunning $1.514 billion dollars worldwide in box offices, Universal has gone ahead and laid foundations for the production of the final three movies expected for the movie series. Not only has the studio planned to close the series with Fast and Furious 10 on April 2, 2021. They have also looked into producing spin offs and prequels of the series.

 The film is to be directed by Helmer F. Gary Gray, who also directed “Straight out of Compton” and is likely to be directing the 9th and 10th series installments as well. Much of the cast has remained with the series throughout its entirety and many are expected to return. Vin diesel along with all the series regulars including; Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Bridges, Elsa Pataky, and Lucas Black.

 Most are expected to continue fulfilling their roles. Yet new talent is to be added for the upcoming film. Scott Eastwood, who is the son of Clint Eastwood and Charlize Theron, who is planned to play the villain of the film, are expected to fulfill roles in the upcoming film. “New Roads Ahead” is the tag line promoting the 8th film and fits the theme the series has gone with well and is sure to draw in crowds all over the world.
